That’s totally fine. A lot of the best candidates we work with aren’t actively applying — we can keep things light, stay in touch, and only move when something genuinely exciting comes up.
We speak to high-performing operators in D2C and eCommerce, understand what you're looking for, and then introduce you to roles that genuinely fit - in stage, scope, culture, and compensation.
No. We will always ask for your permission before sending your CV or details to any brand.
No never. Our clients pay us to run their hiring process. Candidates do not pay any fees.
If the brand wants to progress, we'll guide you through the process including prep, feedback loops, interview structure, and offer support. If they don't, we'll provide full feedback. You'll always know where you stand.
